He single-handedly corrected deficient HAZMAT/ HAZWASTE storage areas and held multiple training events to educate and inform MOTCO personnel on HAZMAT/ HAZWASTE management requirements. Aguon was instrumental in assisting in S1 duties while maintaining and overseeing MOTCO's hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and hazardous waste (HAZWASTE) management program. Aguon's persistence in identifying and correcting numerous memorandums and calender scheduling errors over a one year period from Sept 2020 to Sep 2021 has been recognized by the CMD team and fellow employees for exceptional work ethic and discipline. ![]() Aguon, while serving as Administrative Assistant, demonstrated his consistent professionalism and dedication to service as his efforts have resulted in the 834th Transportation Battalion S1 department receiving a Central Contra Costa Sanitary District (CCCSD) award for full wastewater permit compliance. REFLECT GREAT CREDIT UPON HERSELF, THE 1-111TH FIELD ARTILLERY REGIMENT, THE VIRGINIA NATIONAL GUARD AND THE UNITED STATE ARMY. SGT ALVAREZ'S DEDICATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE RESULTED IN THE SUCCESS OF BATTALION WIDE MEDICAL AND ADMINISTRATION ACTIONS DURING A YEAR OF OVERWELMING OPERATIONS FROM MULTIPLE STATE ACTIVE DUTY ACTIVATIONS AND OCONUS PRE DEPLOYMENT OPERATIONS.
